What are the Five Ways to Wellbeing?

This excellent initiative is used as a framework to help children understand that there are ways they can help themselves live a happy and healthy life.

These '5 Ways to Wellbeing' are used during assemblies, at playtimes and in classrooms to help children identify ways that they can stay healthy and happy in body and in mind.

Gloucester Rugby recently worked with Year 6 to deliver a series of sessions which all linked to the '5 Ways to Wellbeing.'
