BUDDIES BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

BUDDIES OUT OF HOURS SCHOOL CLUB

This out of school club runs daily during term time providing high quality childcare for parents, carers and families between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm.

We also run a holiday club where demand is sufficient, please see information below.

Our children say:

"It's really good and I like playing with lots of stuff, and all my friends".  Orla, Year 1.

"My favourite is snack time, playing on the x-box and football on the field."  Archie, Year 1.

"I really like coming to Buddies, I like everything!"  Chelsea, Year 4

"Even though I don't stay very long, the best bit is having fun playing outside."  Billy, Year 5.

"The think I like about Buddies club is getting to play with people we don't usually play with or see in school, and doing fun craft activities." Grace, Year 6

Our parents say:

"Buddies has been a lifesaver for me, O. absolutely loves it, has made loads of new friends, and the staff are so friendly."

"I have been over the moon with Buddies from day 1.  It offers everything D. needs.  I love the setting, it's light, clean and airy inside and outside the children have free range to run around safely.  It's perfect.  The staff keep me informed about his behaviour, what he's eaten and what activities he's been doing, this is really important to me as I feel completely at east when I am at work and know what he's doing."

Bookings

To book your child into Buddies Club, please complete the required Booking Form (available below or in the Reception area of school).  Completed booking forms to be posted in the Buddies Club Post Box - located in the School Porch, or given to the session leader, Mrs Reddan or Mrs Griffiths when dropping off/collecting your child.

Parents/carers must accompany their child into Breakfast Buddies each morning, and sign the register, and then sign their child out each afternoon when collecting them from Buddies After School Club.

Payment

Payment for all sessions to be via ParentPay.  Minimum ParentPay top up for Buddies Club (morning or afternoon session) is £2.50. This will pay for one Buddies Breakfast session, or the first Buddies Afternoon “Red” session. Please ensure that your account has enough credit to fund all sessions booked for the week.

Current After School Club Provision

Our variety of after school clubs will continue to run alongside the new Buddies Club.  Buddies Club has been set up so that a child may attend another event on site, eg a club or BHFA event and then go on to Buddies Club afterwards. Parents/carers will only be charged for the session, or part thereof, when their child is at Buddies Club, eg your child attends after school singing club (run by a class teacher). The club finishes at 4.15pm, but you require child care until 5.00pm. Your child can then go on to Buddies Club, and you will only be charged £3.00 childcare for the “Purple” session.

Enrolment Forms:

These are available from Buddies Club, the School Office and the BHPS website. Enrolment forms must be completed in full and submitted before your child may attend either Before or After School Buddies Club.

Cancellations & Credits

  • Buddies Breakfast Club
