SEN Information Report

We value the contribution that every child can make to our school, and welcome diversity in our community.  We are committed to offering an inclusive curriculum to ensure the best possible progress for all of our pupils whatever their needs and abilities.

We seek to raise the achievement of all pupils, remove barriers to learning and increase physical and curricular access.  All children, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) are valued, respected and equal members of the school.  Experienced staff - both teaching and support staff, are able to provide personalised and targeted support for children with identified learning needs and disabilities.  We also work closely with families and other agencies to identify learning needs at an early stage, please see our Early Help Offer below.

Come along and talk to us about how we can support the learning and development of your child, and support you as a family.  Mrs Lucy Stevens, our Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) can be contacted on 01594 832262.

Our SEN policy has been written in response to the SEN Code of Practice, introduced in July 2014. This policy can be downloaded below.

Our Medical Needs Policy, and Pupil Medical Information Form are also available to download below.
